What should I get my wife for Christmas?
My wife and I have been married since August 4th. She is 4 months pregnant, and is not big into jewelry, make-up, or perfume. She wants something to OPEN on Christmas morning, so gift certificates or a trip to a day spa or somethign like that are out of the question. She already has an MP3 player. Also, we've set a $100 limit for each other so we don't go financially overboard because of the baby on the way. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

- How about a nice foot massaging kit? Her poor feet will probably hurt later on in the pregnancy. Congrats on the baby!
- I'd say a package of something from BodyShop (wait, you know what BodyShop is, right?), you know, a package of body treatment 'apparatus'.
- Make a photo album from the start of your relationship until now and leave the last few pages blank so you can add the rest of the pregnancy and the baby.
- How about some bath salts/soaps and lotions, with a homemade gift certificate that says "Good for one long soak in the tub while I clean the kitchen (or wherever)."
That way she has something to open, she can redeem the coupon when she is further along in her pregnancy and can't use the cleaners, or get around as easy to clean.
- get her quanity, like this a robe 16 dollars, a pair of cute FLAT shoes 15 dollars, a set of pajamas 25 dollars, box of her fav chocolates... or any other food she loves... my huband actually wrapped a box of frosted flakes for me one year, a movie that she has been interested in seeing 17 bucks and think of a singer that she likes but hasnt had the time to buy their cd 15 bucks. it really is all about listening to her when she says she wants things but when she gets the time never gets herself it. some maternity cloths are a good idea although she will not be able to have there for a long time. if she is a fun type of gal get her a havoc helicopter, hours of fun flying it around the house.
- You could make her a basket... line it with the best feeling throw blanket you can find... and fill it with all her favorite goodies... you could put massage oils in it... lotions... make little coupons for back massages from you :) things you can help her with especially while she is pregnant. So it would kind of be a pamper her present... and she could use it for a while to come. Maybe put her favorite DVD in the basket and and put a little card on the front of it saying "good for one movie night in"... or you could even put 2 champagne flutes in the basket with sparkling grape juice and strawberries.... See where I'm going with this? You know your wife... and although all these things seem like they aren't a big present to open under the tree... it is so thoughtful and shows her little things you've noticed she likes. You want a gift that makes her feel special :) Best Wishes!!!
- Music, music, music! There are many new music collections out there. Find her favorite artists, and buy her the whole set of cds.
- When I was pregnant i the winter I really didn't want to go out much for very odd reasons (afraid of falling, didn't want to get sick, i was just a nervous wreck). My husband would still go out and I was fine with that but he did something really sweet for my birthday I think would make anyone melt....
