Let me know more about LA, Im heading to WESTWOOD Village and wanting to know if its safe, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Moniva, Blvd, Wilshire Blvd and areas close. Public transportation ?



Places to visit also.

Pls let me know what I should know about.

1. Depending on where you want to go in Los Angeles County, the Metro can be pretty groovy... but otherwise, it sucks, Metro Rail, at least. Unless of course you love riding the bus and trying to figure out confusing maps and routes. metro.net can be a useful tool once you learn how to use the website.
   
   
   
   Considering the part(s) of town you'll be in, public transportation consists of mostly buses, not rail or subway. your best bet is to rent a car or drive your own. and have lots of quarters (for parking meters)
