what is the name of that Christmas movie where Santa is an adopted child by the faeries?

i remember watching this cartoon movie all the time where there were faeries and santa/nicholas was an orphan boy adopted by the faeries who like taught him all the santa stuff. and there was like a leader faerie and like that's how christmas started and all. and like how there was a girl who was all like i want this doll to be remade or something like that and at the end like these rock people like take over the village or something but of course santa and his friends rescue them all. i like love that movie but i can't remember what its called. can you please help me if you know?
