How long does New York stay decorated for Christmas?
I wanted to take a trip to the city at the end of January and I wondered if a lot of the city would still be decorated for Christmas. I remember taking a trip in January years ago, and it seems like it was late January too, and the Rock Center tree was still up, and a lot of decorations around the city were still up as well.

- The decorations typically come down pretty quickly after New Years. The tree is unlikely to be there more than a week into 2009.
- The first (maybe 2nd) week of January. Then they start decorating for St. Valentine's Day. :D
